I need a refund
Sometimes you may wish to ask for a refund due to an error in the order or damaged items.
Generally, we cannot refund digital products such as ebooks because the items are already issued to you.
For physical items we offer a no questions money back guarantee should you be unhappy with your purchase.
1. Package the item safely in a padded bag
2. Address the item to:

3. Create a support ticket via https://healthyheartnetwork.com/ticket/new and advise that you have sent the item/s back to us and any tracking details.
4. Once we receive the item/s we will process the refund back via your original payment method. We do not refund the delivery/Freight component of your original order only the value of the item/s.
