I've just finished reading it. Congratulations to you and Karam, it's an enormous undertaking and a substantial achievement!
I found it exceptionally comprehensive for a public-facing book. I really enjoyed how it brought current clinical practice and the underlying science to life — accessible without being dumbed down, and still firmly grounded in what matters: prevention, imaging, individualised care, and honest conversations with patients. The breadth of the material is particularly impressive, as is the way the book moves from basic lipid biology through risk assessment, treatment, lifestyle, genetics and the more contentious areas without losing the general reader.
Again, congratulations on a very significant contribution.
Warm regards,
Evan
