Hi, my name's Dr Warrick Bishop and I'm a cardiologist. Look, we're always thinking about weight and talking about weight. It's a big issue, pardon the pun, in our society. And to a large degree it is a bit of an equation of energy, though clearly, it's more complicated than that. But there are some interesting things that are worth thinking about. One of them is things like saunas, which really up regulate the metabolism of the body and alter some of the proteins within the muscles that then alter the metabolism subsequently. I went to a presentation fairly recently where they covered some of these aspects and one of the things that was absolutely fascinating to me was that they have done research on fidgeters, people who bounce their legs, move their fingers, but basically fidget a lot. And it turns out fidgeters burn more energy. So, if you're wanting to lose a bit of weight, fidget away.
